🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/Data Platform/SRE with a data infra focus
- Deep DR design experience for production databases (failover, replication, backup/restore)
- DB cutover experience: blue-green swaps, read-replica promotions, zero-downtime changes
- Strong AWS data services experience: RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Redshift, MSK
- IaC experience: Terraform + Atlantis and/or CloudFormation
- Linux proficiency
- Proficiency in Python, Golang, Bash, or Rust
- EKS/Kubernetes experience with stateful workloads
