Senior DevEx Engineer

📋 Description

• Maintain and evolve a TypeScript monorepo, Go services, and internal tooling.
• Own build and test pipelines; optimize to reduce build times.
• Drive code generation and type-safe interfaces across service boundaries (GraphQL, Protobuf, gRPC, OpenAPI).
• Set code-quality standards with TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier, and Go linters.
• Partner with AI team to improve the Agent's output and stack.
• Help manage internal and external dependencies and open-source contributions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced software engineer (senior through staff) with track record of boosting dev productivity.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Go and/or Nix.
• Expertise in modern build systems and toolchains (Vite, esbuild).
• Proficiency with linters, formatters, testing frameworks, and code generation tools.
• Experience managing monorepos or large-scale codebases.
• Nice to have: AI-native workflows and open-source leadership.
