Conduct architectural assessments of employment data pipelines; improve onboarding.
Diagnose and resolve complex problems in OAuth, API integrations, and data pipelines.
Develop customized engagement plans based on account maturity and complexity.
Monitor key health metrics and mitigate churn risk.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Eng/Architecture).
Proven track record managing technical accounts with measurable impact.
Strong diagnostic skills: read logs, trace flows, resolve API issues.
Deep API understanding: REST, webhooks, OAuth, data portability.
Comfort with Node.js, SQL, and Redis; even if not writing production code.
Excellent communication; able to coordinate across developers, product, and execs.
