- Technical background in data domain as a developer, infra, data engineer, or data analyst.
- Experience with databases, data stores, data warehouses, and distributed systems.
- Experience with open source tech and communities, with contributions.
- Experience sharing knowledge via blogs, videos, meetups, talks, trainings.
- Formal experience in developer advocacy or evangelism is a plus.
- Excitement for organizing and hosting events for community growth.
