🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional software development in a production SaaS environment
Strong backend experience in Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python
Deep experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing apps
Strong understanding of instrumentation, analytics, and defining meaningful metrics
Ability to operate autonomously, drive initiatives forward, and influence direction
Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset
