📋 Description

• Own escalated API questions; liaison for support team.
• Build and nurture Buffer's developer community; engage on Discord and other channels.
• Create and publish educational and promotional content such as blogs, social threads, walkthroughs, and webinars.
• Represent Buffer at conferences with talks, demos, and case studies.
• Iterate on and improve developer documentation with engineering.
• Build PoCs for third-party integrations with Buffer's public API.
• Identify partnerships and co-marketing opportunities; prototype integrations.
• Shape the API roadmap by sharing insights with engineering.

• Software engineer who moved into developer relations/advocacy; has years of experience.
• Deep API experience; able to write technical content, build prototypes, and debug API workflows.
• Natural communicator; explains complex topics via writing, video, and talks.

• Comfortable across engineering, marketing, and support in cross-functional work.
