🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years design experience; 3+ years in a Senior Designer role (agency).
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Cinema 4D.
- Experience with three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, GSAP.
- Strong leadership, client-facing presentation, and teamwork.
- Branding, typography, motion, and 3D visualization skills.
- Bonus: crypto, NFTs, Web3 experience.
