📋 Description

• Lead brand projects starting with research, including trends and competitor analysis and whitespace opportunities.
• Define and develop innovative, compelling and interactive brands, digital experiences, and concepts in collaboration with design leads, brand strategists, and clients.
• Establish design systems, style guidelines for type, color usage, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography and videography.
• Create and deliver presentations and written rationales for internal critiques and client-facing reviews; experience presenting to clients.
• Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior in relation to interaction, 3D, and motion using technologies like three.js, WebGL, and React Three Fiber.
• Experience designing layouts that scale across web, mobile, and presentations with a user-centric approach.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years design experience with 3+ years in a Senior Designer role (or higher) within an agency setting.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills—the ability to work with Design Directors and Creative Directors and communicate ideas clearly.
• Experience designing interactive websites utilizing three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, GSAP.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Cinema 4D.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Bonus experience: Crypto, NFTs, blockchain technology and Web3; plus experience with project management.
