Vet and manage freelance designers; provide feedback for quality
Present and sell design work to talent, leadership, stakeholders
Plan and oversee talent photoshoots
Lead design for special projects (website redesign, live events) with contractors
Develop templates and best practices for assets (thumbnails, tiles, social)

🎯 Requirements

Superb design taste and high quality standards
7+ years in design/branding; media experience preferred
Flexible design approach across genres, audiences, tones
Experience guiding other designers and creatives
Comfort leading creative reviews with hosts and talent
Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
