📋 Description

• Drive design initiatives across surfaces balancing user needs and goals.
• Partner with PMs to clarify intent and ground decisions in signals.
• Work with Eng to reduce the gap between design and implementation.
• Design end-to-end journeys across the UiPath platform.
• Embrace AI-assisted exploration and rapid prototyping.
• Validate ideas with users and learn from feedback.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and accessibility.
• Stay curious and explore new tools and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in product design, communication design, or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing and shipping digital products; strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing AI-enabled products; understanding model behavior, uncertainty, and trust.
• Willingness to use AI-forward prototyping, rapid iteration, and exploratory approaches.
• Strong product thinking; connect design to systems, journeys, and outcomes.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence direction at multiple levels.
