📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of high-volume assets across global campaigns with brand consistency.
• Champion brand integrity across regions with visual systems and style guides.
• Blend established guidelines with fresh creative thinking to express the brand.
• Develop and evolve style guides and design systems for scale.
• Own QA of deliverables before senior stakeholder or client review.
• Guide and supervise production designers for efficient, on-brand output.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of design or art direction experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong portfolio across brand, campaigns, and digital experiences at scale.
• Experience on global campaigns with brand systems and regional adaptation.
• Expert-level Figma with design systems, components, and collaboration.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience leading or supervising production designers and giving direction.
