🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in visual, marketing, or interactive design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Keynote and Sketch (After Effects or Premiere skills are a plus)
- Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills
- Experience with marketing design: responsive websites, emails, and logo identity
- Strong communication and ability to work with copywriters and cross-functional teams
