Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis
Create personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Design intuitive interactions across platforms and devices
Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards
Collaborate with product management and engineering on requirements and feasibility
Mentor junior designers and manage concurrent workstreams

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in UX/Interaction Design or HCI
Strong user-centered design, IA, and usability thinking
Expert communication and storytelling skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Lucidchart
Ability to prototype rapidly for feedback
Experience in client-facing engagements
