- Design digital assets that support a range of client marketing initiatives: paid ads, emails & SMS, landing pages, organic social, Amazon creative, and more.
- Create design systems based on client brand guidelines for multi-channel consistency.
- Communicate with clients directly, present designs, lead workshops, and obtain approvals.
- Develop understanding of what drives conversions across marketing channels and apply best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and clients for feedback to maintain high craft.
- Design landing pages in Figma using UI/UX best practices and Darkroom guidelines.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years design experience (agency preferred).
- Portfolio demonstrating branding, identity, visual design, marketing design, and/or web design.
- Proven understanding of layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Strong ability to lead client calls, drive workshops, and manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluency in English: speaking, writing, and presenting to clients.
