- Maintain flexible schedule and participate in on-call rotations.
π― Requirements
- Associate degree or current pursuit of a Bachelor's in CS, BIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years in a customer service role, preferably in a technical capacity.
- Excellent technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external clients.
- Understanding of network topology and telecommunications architecture (PBX, Carriers, VoIP).
