πŸ“‹ Description

  • Provide technical assistance on NiCE applications to resolve end-user connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose escalated customer issues; collaborate to deliver solutions.
  • Manage tickets via a web-based system, email, voice or chat; monitor progress and communicate with users.
  • Troubleshoot VoIP, T1, DS3, Ethernet, OC-X, 1+ and Toll Free services.
  • Record and route incidents; provide resolution and recovery; maintain clear records.
  • Maintain flexible schedule and participate in on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate degree or current pursuit of a Bachelor's in CS, BIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years in a customer service role, preferably in a technical capacity.
  • Excellent technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external clients.
  • Understanding of network topology and telecommunications architecture (PBX, Carriers, VoIP).
