📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of human-centered design strategies
• Partner with internal teams and executives to shape strategic direction
• Translate insights into visual stories and outcomes
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and workshops with executives
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights
• Translate complex systems into visuals for decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Sociology/Psychology, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in design strategy or related roles
• Active Clearance: Secret required, Top Secret preferred
• Expertise in human-centered design and design thinking; transform data into visuals
• Experience in service, experience, brand, information, and graphic design
• Facilitate design thinking and interactive sessions with executives
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and cross-functional teams
• Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency and professional design tools
