🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Sociology/Psychology, or related field.
- 10+ years in design strategy, leading and facilitating workshops for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience organizing and facilitating multi-day workshops/events.
- Proven ability to translate workshop outcomes into actionable reports and insights.
- Expertise in design thinking, creative facilitation, and strategic problem-solving.
- Government contracting experience; security clearance as required by contracts.
