🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Sociology/Psychology, or related field
- 10+ years in design strategy or related roles
- Active Security Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred
- Expertise in human-centered design and design thinking
- Experience in service design, experience design, brand development, information design, and graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and professional design tools
- Government contracting experience
- Design portfolio highlighting strategy and outcomes
