Senior Design Sourcer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain design talent pipelines across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership.
• Lead proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline development in early recruitment.
• Partner with recruiters and design leaders to understand hiring needs and long-term workforce goals.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across channels (creative communities, portfolio platforms, social networks, events).
• Craft thoughtful outreach messaging reflecting Brex’s brand and mission.

• Proven experience sourcing for design roles (Product, Brand, Leadership).
• Strong AI-based sourcing with LinkedIn and talent networks.
• Ability to review portfolios and assess craft and user focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for outreach.
• Data-driven, able to analyze metrics and improve strategy.
• Collaborative with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
