📋 Description

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles via platforms and networks.
• Build and nurture diverse design talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates with personalized outreach.
• Evaluate design portfolios focusing on craft, systems thinking, user-centered design.
• Partner with recruiters and design leaders to calibrate profiles and priorities.
• Track sourcing metrics and optimize strategy for diversity and speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing or recruiting for design roles (Product, Brand, Leadership).
• Strong sourcing experience with AI tools and LinkedIn/talent networks.
• Ability to evaluate design portfolios for craft and user-centered thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for personalized outreach.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze sourcing performance and improve strategy.
