- Ability to understand and evaluate design portfolios, craft quality, and user-centered thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for personalized candidate engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sourcing performance and improve strategy.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent sourcing.
