Senior Design Researcher

📋 Description

• Lead hardware research; embedded with product teams; interviews and usability studies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years design research experience in tech; proven link between insights and design outcomes.
• Insight-driven: extract contextual info about users, contexts, tasks; tie insights to product decisions.
• AI-fluent: use AI-assisted research tools to accelerate delivery while preserving rigor.
• Strong communicator; visualization and storytelling; present data clearly.
• Willing to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Hardware background; hardware, software, consumer electronics research; includes focus groups and interviews.
