Localize protocols for Doha with cross-site partners, adjusting activities and sessions.
Own research initiatives for region-specific questions and remote global studies.
Develop and maintain clear research plans, workflows, and deliverables.
Coordinate research timelines and dependencies using project management tools.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in UX research, human factors, or psychology.
3-5 years of research in product, design, or marketing environments.
Experience with mixed-methods research for software product development and hardware data.
Strong project/program management; familiar with Jira or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
Fluent in English; comfortable with English and Arabic for Doha.
