• Proven experience recruiting design roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing skills with AI tools, recruiting platforms, and design networks.
• Ability to assess design portfolios and understand craft, systems thinking, and user-centered methods.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven mindset to interpret recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
