🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on with design systems concepts and modern lifecycles.
- Technical fluency with design systems, component APIs, design-to-code workflows.
- Proven track record building and scaling operational systems (0→1 to scale).
- AI fluency using LLMs or automation to streamline workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; vendor/contract mgmt; Figma/Jira tooling.
