Senior Design Program Manager, Design Foundations & AI Transformation

📋 Description

• Own roadmap and execution for Design Systems, illustration, and AI projects end-to-end.
• Drive AI Taskforce program mgmt across Education, Content Design, and Infra tracks.
• Shape and document workflows that make the team faster and more effective.
• Partner with designers, engineers, illustrators, and PMs to scope work and set timelines.
• Build visibility into project health, team utilization, and leadership priorities.
• Lead cross-functional planning and prioritization toward shared goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in design program management, product design, or a relevant design role
• 1+ years working with Design Systems
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move with minimal oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailor messages to the audience
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and interest in how they change design teams
