📋 Description

  • Execute and optimize integrated marketing programs across digital channels to generate leads.
  • Support ABM initiatives and align with Marketing and Sales to drive MQLs/SQLs.
  • Plan multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, email and content.
  • Build landing pages, ads, emails and assets aligned with messaging.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to produce campaign assets.
  • Deliver marketing analytics to measure ROI and guide growth strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years digital marketing; at least 2 years in biotech/life sciences ABM.
  • 2-4 years leading marketing projects in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms: LinkedIn, Google Ads, AdRoll.
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, Salesforce.
