🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in a Delivery Lead or Project Management role in Enterprise Software or SaaS.
- Proven track record leading agile, customer-facing PS engagements.
- Advanced communication skills and empathy in customer interactions.
- Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving.
- Passion for solving customer challenges and driving success in ARR-driven software.
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
