Lead debt capital market transactions from start to finish.
Provide analysis to optimize Stripe’s capital structure and allocation.
Build relationships with lenders, investment bankers, rating agencies, and legal advisors.
Oversee financial models to drive capital structure decisions.
Manage stakeholder engagements, including lender meetings, calls, and events.
Monitor and report on capital markets, macro trends, and industry signals.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of DCM, leveraged finance, or related capital raising experience.
Deep understanding of debt raising processes, credit agreements, and covenants.
Familiarity with rating agency metrics and rating processes.
Experience with SQL or Python.
Knowledge of fixed income markets including FX and interest rate derivatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication and data storytelling.
