  • Lead and coach the team on Deal Operations and Deal Desk best practices.
  • Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric support.
  • Monitor workload and optimize workflows to remove bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to improve handoffs.
  • Lead automation initiatives to boost productivity and reduce manual work.
  • Support the Ready-to-Close process during Month/Quarter ends.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years in Deal Desk and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, contract structures, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience with cloud marketplace transactions (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
  • Ability to influence senior sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with CRM and CPQ systems.
  • Salesforce and CPQ proficiency including navigation, quoting, pricing logic, reporting.
