  • Manage deal constructs, pricing, approval policies, and escalations
  • Support Sales in negotiating contract structure and pricing per policy
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Product to resolve issues
  • Identify and scale best practices through analysis, projects, and reporting
  • Contribute to ongoing Sales training sessions
  • Travel 5-10%

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, FP&A, or Sales Ops
  • Experience using CRM and CPQ systems
  • Working knowledge of contracts and accounting (preferred)
  • Experience with software contracts and revenue recognition policies (strongly preferred)
  • Strong negotiation skills to uncover interests and reach solutions
