- Commercial acumen on pricing, discounting, and deal-structure trade-offs.
- Experience with ramps, renewals, amendments, non-standard terms.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Systems.
- Exposure to billing systems, subscription management, or revenue recognition.
