  • Partner with Sales to guide Enterprise and Mid-Market deals, optimizing for customer experience, revenue, profitability, and compliance
  • Advise on deal structure, discounts, and commercial terms; educate Sales to drive deal velocity
  • Evaluate deal financials including margin, payment terms, and cash flow
  • Mitigate risk by ensuring deals align with policies and revenue recognition requirements
  • Monitor the Deal Desk support queue; maintain SLAs and quality output
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate deal analysis and surface precedents; automate workflows

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops
  • Or 3+ years in a commercial/financial/analytical role with complex deals
  • Proficiency in SaaS deal construction and revenue recognition
  • Ability to analyze deal economics and explain levers to Sales
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership
  • Highly responsive with ability to manage competing priorities, including extended hours during month/quarter-end
