  • Act as liaison for Sales Ops, Finance, Product and Legal to close deals in a hybrid model.
  • Manage complex, enterprise deals with cross-functional partners.
  • Provide guidance on deal structures to meet customer needs and maximize ARR.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to craft contract language for revenue recognition.
  • Oversee quote and contract workflows for pricing, discounts and terms.
  • Maintain SLA on approvals and deal reviews; support month-end closing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience handling high-volume, complex enterprise deals in a support role.
  • Proven SaaS/B2B Deal Desk and Sales Operations experience.
  • Expertise in revenue recognition; partner with Revenue leadership.
  • Advise sales on complex deal structures and contract terms.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Ironclad or CLM.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
