- Experience handling high-volume, complex enterprise deals in a support role.
- Proven SaaS/B2B Deal Desk and Sales Operations experience.
- Expertise in revenue recognition; partner with Revenue leadership.
- Advise sales on complex deal structures and contract terms.
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Ironclad or CLM.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
