  • Serve as trusted advisor on deal construction and negotiation of complex transactions.

  • Read, understand, and draft contractual terms.
  • Manage high deal volume and tight deadlines, especially quarter-end.
  • Familiar with SaaS metrics, including ARR.
  • Experience with Salesforce and quoting tools; proficient with Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree; software revenue recognition knowledge; experience supporting complex deals.
