🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DBA, database engineer, or data platform engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server in production.
- SQL Server performance tuning, indexing, and execution plans.
- Backup/restore, DR, and high availability (AlwaysOn, replication).
- ETL/ELT, SSIS, and data integration.
- Azure DevOps, Jira, Git for work tracking and releases.
