Manage, build, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud DB infrastructure for our SaaS app.
Automate processes via coding to reduce toil; collaborate with engineering and SRE.
Improve observability of database metrics and ensure objectives are met.
Collaborate with DBA team to reduce toil and implement automations at scale.
Provide database expertise to engineering and SRE teams; review migrations, queries, configurations, and deployments.
Assist in performance troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years with relational databases (3+ at senior/lead/architect).
2+ years in a DBRE or SRE role.
Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Coding/Automation experience.
IaC tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
Git or equivalent source control experience.
