🎯 Requirements

- Experience with CDC pipelines in production; AWS DMS; schema evolution.
- Hands-on with observability tools: pganalyze, CloudWatch, Honeycomb; OpenTelemetry.
- OpenSearch, Redis, and a production message broker (SQS/RabbitMQ/Kafka) at scale.
- Automation in Python or Go; IaC with Terraform or similar.
