Senior Data Scientist, Trust & Safety

📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, research, and design to guide product decisions.
• Lead experimentation; define success metrics, data requirements, and impact.
• Drive roadmap, metric ideation, and strategic discussions with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs; explain trends to the business.
• Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture with data storytelling.
• Collaborate with analysts and other functions to bridge questions and data solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in data-focused roles; B2C analytics and FinTech preferred.
• Experience leading experimentation, statistics, and end-to-end measurement (causal inference).
• Expertise in SQL; translate business questions to queries and handle edge cases.
• Familiarity with R or Python; reproducible code and automation.
• Hands-on with BI/Visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience building metric frameworks to understand user behavior.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
