Senior Data Scientist - Real Estate

📋 Description

• Build and deploy predictive models for lead scoring, agent matching, pricing, and time-to-market estimation.
• Develop RAG/GraphRAG pipelines and knowledge graphs across listings, agents, and clients.
• Write Databricks transforms (SQL/PySpark) and SQL queries for ClickHouse and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy model/LLM outputs to production with Inngest.
• Analyze MLS data to surface actionable market trends and feed data-driven product features.
• Design and analyze product experiments with PostHog; build dashboards in Hex and Metabase.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied ML within a product-led company.
• Exceptional SQL proficiency, PostgreSQL required; ClickHouse a strong plus.
• Python with pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
• Proven ML experience: regression, classification, forecasting, clustering.
• Experience building/deploying RAG or LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Strong A/B test design, execution, and statistical analysis.
