Senior Data Scientist, Product (Crypto)

📋 Description

• Partner with PMs to identify crypto platform opportunities.
• Design and evaluate experiments with clear success metrics.
• Analyze platform and market data to power product insight.
• Develop models to assess product performance and user behavior.
• Communicate findings to engineering, finance, and design teams.
• Role requires in-person presence 3 days/week in Menlo Park or NYC offices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide decisions.
• Crypto domain knowledge, including onchain data and DeFi ecosystems.
• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical partners.
