🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a quantitative field.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests.
- SQL required; Python and Looker a plus; knowledge of data science concepts.
- Excellent communication and ability to explain insights to leadership.
