π― Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, or Psychology.
- 4+ years of experience, including 1+ year in People Data Science/People Analytics.
- Experience managing data pipelines and data warehousing.
- Strong written and verbal communication; present results to senior leadership.
- Strong SQL skills; proficiency with Tableau; familiarity with R and Python.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills.
