📋 Description

• Design and solve optimization problems for pricing, pay, and resource allocation.
• Build, deploy, and maintain production ML/optimization models.
• Own the full model lifecycle from framing to deployment.
• Apply first-principles reasoning to simplify marketplace challenges.
• Collaborate with product, engineers, data scientists, and analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Required:
  • M.S. in quantitative field (OR/IE/Math/CS/Stats/Econ).
  • 4+ years deploying optimization/ML models in production.
  • Advanced Python and SQL for production code.
• Preferred:
  • Ph.D. in quantitative field.
  • Pricing optimization, marketplace design, or resource allocation experience.
  • Experience with causal inference and experimental design.
