Senior Data Scientist, ML (Incentives)

📋 Description

• Build, deploy, and iterate on predictive and causal models for incentive targeting
• Design experiments to measure incremental impact, payback, and ROI
• Partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering to scale incentives
• Design and optimize incentive allocation under budget and policy constraints
• Monitor production systems and analyze user behavior for improvements
• Influence long-term growth modeling, personalization, and cross-sell

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of ML in production, growth, incentives, or personalization
• Proven end-to-end ownership from design to deployment
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, uplift, causal inference
• Strong Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TF)
• Experience with Airflow and production pipelines; causal ML and experimentation tools
• Excellent product intuition; strong communication and cross-team influence
