📋 Description

• Lead development of Securly's content classification ML system for K-12 safety.
• Refactor models to multiclass and build labeled eval datasets.
• Define model cards with per-category metrics and risk analysis.
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle from architecture to production.
• Mentor engineers on ML practices and evaluation rigor.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on deployment and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Multi-label/multi-class classification with 5+ years of applied ML.
• Python ML stack: scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, pandas, numpy.
• NLP features: URL/domain/HTML features, TF-IDF or embeddings.
• ML evaluation rigor: precision/recall, confusion matrix, A/B testing.
• Data pipelines: training data pipelines, versioning, labeling workflows.
• Strong technical communication with stakeholders.
