Senior Data Scientist, ML (Brokerage)

📋 Description

• Build and improve recommendation systems to personalize experiences across prediction markets
• Partner with product managers to identify personalization opportunities and define success metrics
• Develop features and models that improve relevance and user interaction with prediction markets
• Collaborate with engineers to design scalable feature pipelines and ranking systems
• Design and run experiments to evaluate model performance and impact on engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building recommendation systems for customer-facing products
• Proficient in Python and SQL with production ML systems experience
• Experience with experimentation methods and causal inference
• Strong communication and collaboration with product, engineering, and data science partners
• Demonstrates ownership from concept through implementation
