🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, CS).
• 3–6 years of data science experience.
• Statistics, experimentation, causal reasoning, and predictive modeling.
• SQL expertise; Python or R.
• End-to-end analytics workflows ownership.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Mentor junior data scientists.
