- Expertise in marketing measurement: brand lift, geo-experiments, cross-channel attribution.
- Fluency in SQL and statistical languages (Python, R).
- Experience with GA, Amplitude, social listening, email/CRM analytics (Salesforce, HubSpot), and CDPs.
- Experience crafting data pipelines and dashboards; understand database structures.
- Be organized and communicative; manage multiple stakeholders with varying skill levels.
