🎯 Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in Python and SQL.
End-to-end experiment design and optimization.
Fluent Mandarin and English.
Statistics: design, hypothesis testing, regression/time-series.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
